- watch the wind and always stand upwind of the boss
- H: has tornados like first boss!

- get in lightning triangle when it forms
- don’t exit until storm is over!
- but as soon as it’s over, RUN OUT to avoid Chain Lightning
- H: jump just before he finishes casting Static Cling to avoid getting rooted
