• Frost resist aura
• NO Righteous Fury
• Avoid head: Frost Breath and Cleave, avoid tail: Tail Smash

Phase 1

• Casts Cold Aura raid AOE
• She’ll Icy Grip everyone followed by Blistering Cold. Turn while being gripped and RUN for the stairs, > 25yds.
• Once you’ve reached the maximum # of DoT stacks you can handle, you must stop (for 8s or so) for them to drop:
  • Melee will get Permeating Chill causing stacks of Chilled to the Bone
  • Casters will get Unchained Magic causing stacks of Instability

Phase 1.5, air phase

• 85% and every 1:50 after that
• Run to the bottom of the stairs
• 2 players will get blue Frost Beacon arrows over head
  • 7s to move into position, > 10yds from everyone else, before getting Ice Tombbed
• Casts 4x Frost Bomb, LoS behind tombs
• After the 4th Frost Bomb, tombed players become afflicted with Asphixiation.

Phase 2 (38%)

• Same deal with Icy Grip and Blistering Cold
• Same deal with Permeating Chill and Unchained Magic DoTs
• Players will get Frost Beacons and be Ice Tombbed
• LoS behind the tombs to drop off new DoT: Mystic Buffet

Sindragosa Phase 1/1.5 Single tank at a time fight, so bacon the tank, heal the raid. Dont get more than 6 stacks of the debuff (and heal yourself if you have to) Phase 2 Be careful of tank transitions, ensure that you are precasting on the incoming tank to avoid early hard hits Dont get more than 4 stacks of anything at a time Don't die to the debuffs - yes that might mean letting someone else die, as long as it isnt a tank, then its a necessary thing to do
